We sell unopened collectible Liquor.  We will take all appropriate steps to ensure that the buyer is of lawful age in the buyer and seller's      jurisdiction (generally 21 years of age).
Buyers ensure that the sale complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations.

In order to purchase liquor from store,buyers must meet the following requirements:
  1. Must be at least 21 years old
  2. Must ensure that the transaction will comply with all inter-state commerce laws,including all laws and regulations.

Your order is a contract. You have understood and agreed the following conditions,please do not place your order if you don't agree any our online store Term & Condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.(Even if it is a wrong item or DOA item)
Refunds are for the buy it now amount only. Shipping and Return Shipping cost is not refundable.
If an item is returned and nothing is found wrong with it, the customer is responsible for 20%(restocking fee) service fee.
For wrong items,missing items, shipping damage or other discrepancy,customer should report to our store within 48 hours receipt of package,Store will not be responsible for any discrepancy reported beyond 48 hours.
